Cleaner air.
A better-protected
cab.
Air quality in your industrial cabs deserves a complete approach. Truckool assesses, integrates and validates your BreatheSafe solutions.
Clean air is a system.
Not just a filter.
A closed cab is not necessarily a protected cab.
Door seals, cable penetrations and air intakes can allow leakage that compromises performance. We assess the entire chain, from the outside environment to the air the operator breathes.
Understand cab pressurizationHow air moves through the cab
Outside air
Dust may be present around the cab: silica, coal or other particles, depending on the working environment.
HEPA-filtered supply air
The ventilation system combines fresh air filtered by the pressurizer with recirculated air passing through the HEPA return-air filter.
Fresh air & pressurization
The pressurizer supplies filtered outside air. Together with a well-sealed cab, this supply helps maintain positive pressure.
Cabin return air
Particles can enter when doors open or on clothing. The return-air filter treats air recirculated within the cab.
Conceptual illustration. Configuration depends on the cab and contaminants. HEPA filtration targets particles; gases require a separate assessment.
Every function matters.
